On-Site Job Training
Why don’t you give me the opportunity? I can do the job! We have experienced having this kind of conversation while we were interviewing potential employees. They wanted the opportunity to show and tell their experiences in their countries. So often these people try much harder then anyone else to consort their new adopted country and to prove their worthiness in our community.
The “just arrived” from Arab counties! Heavy accented English Wei! Color of our skin. Barrier to use her dentist’s qualification from Bangladesh! Having problems matching a job with their skill! People full of hope and looking for work around us. They are also willing to start from the bottom of their chosen field and often they don’t know where to start or sometimes they are discouraged by us. Gifted young man (brilliant graffitist) but he doesn’t know how to explore his raw energy and develop his full potential to do what he loves in his life.
